Every tool on the shelf is a SharePoint Framework solution. You upload one package to your app catalogue, approve any permissions it asks for, and add it to a page. Nothing runs on our servers, and there is no account to create with us.
What you are buying
A perpetual licence for one tenant, covering unlimited sites and unlimited users. There is no seat count to maintain and no renewal date. The version you install keeps working whether or not you ever buy anything from us again.
What runs where
The package runs in the browser of the person viewing the page, inside your tenant, signed in as that person. Where a tool needs data it reads it through the Microsoft Graph using that user’s own permissions.
The practical consequence is that a tool can never show somebody a document they would not otherwise be able to open. There is no service account, no stored credential and no copy of your content anywhere outside your tenant.
